Policies
~ Renters may select any vendors (caterer, entertainment, etc) as they wish. Vendors are responsible for cleaning area used during event.
~ Only beer & wine is allowed at the Delta Gin. Persons under the age of 21 are not permitted by law to be served or consume alcohol.
~ Renters must provide bartender if serving beer & wine

Full Day Friday & Full Day Saturday - $3,500 + tax
Full Day Saturday - $2,500+ tax
Full Day Friday or Sunday - $1,500 + tax
Monday - Thursday - $1,000+ tax
Reservation Deposit - $500 (applies towards total balance)

Corporate Event or Party Rental
This package is intended for shorter, less extensive events such as corporate meetings, private parties or company parties.
$100 per hour venue rental with 4 hour minimum

Timeline
Original construction on the gin in Levesque, Arkansas began July 1941
The original cotton gin was in use for over 30 years
The cotton gin was taken over by Waste Management in the early 1990s to be used as dump site
November 2017 - Construction on the Delta Gin -Wedding & Event Venue began
October 2018 - First Wedding at The Delta Gin
Since opening the Delta Gin has hosted over 300 weddings & events
